The HOA Fee will be $200 per month per unit.
This will cover
the cost of insurance plus taxes

ground/areas and property, like the shoreline and grass cutting, it will also maintain the docks, well, septic and other common
owned property and such.
owner will be responsible for their Cottage upkeep.
for electric and gas (about $865 yearly) will be divided with the other Rush Lake Cove CIC owners except the house as it has
it's own meters.
Cell phone service is very good at Rush
Lake Cove CIC if a owner wants a land line in their Cottage it will be at their expense.
If a owner buys a boat lift moving that into and out of the lake will be an additional charge around $100 per year.
The costs to each unit in the CIC that is not covered by the HOA fee:
Cottage taxes as this will be
determined by Otter Tail County the best estimate is approximately $ 387 per unit.
Each Cottage will need insurance cost unknown.
Yearly LP Gas estimate $315 Electric $550 costs will be divided up to each owner except the house as it has it’s
Special assessments as needed for unplanned events
